OLD BUSINESS:

No old business

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

The monthly meeting was held on Tuesday March 11, 2025, at 7:00pm. Presided over by President Jim
Waltenbaugh. There were 21 members present. Meeting opened with the “Pledge of Allegiance.” The
minutes from the December meeting were passed out to all members present. A motion to accept the
minutes as read was made by Joe Ferguson and seconded by Jim Wigle. The motion was passed by voice
vote. The treasures report was passed out to all members present. A motion to accept the treasures
report as read was made by Frank Gray and seconded by Joe Ferguson.

BUILDINGS
Neil Jankosky gave a report on the new garage. 2 nd . phase is complete with the electricity in the building.
Joe Ferguson fixed the thermostat.
Larry Laurenti replaced the flag.

GROUNDS
Larry Laurenti said we need to schedule a work day to clean up the grounds. Officers will plan it at their
meeting on March, 20.

RANGE
Rich Catchpole, Nothing

ARCHERY
Larry, archery range needs clean up.

TRAP
Steve Milicic reported 7 lines shot for $32.00, and a Balance of $1763.00.
There will be a price increase to $5.00 per line.
Steve would also like to thank Bill Reichenecker, and Tom and Debbie Becker for their help with the trap
range when he recuperating.

FIVE-STAND
Jim Troiano reported that the 5-Stand will be opening May 7 and will be only open on the 1 st . and 3 rd .
Wednesdays.
There will be a price increase to $6.00 per line.

YOUTH DAY
Youth Day is being planned for August 2, 2025. More info about volunteering and signing up kids will be
coming out soon.

NRA
Nothing

MEMBERSHIP
Nothing

NEW BUSINESS
Bob Matteo talked about the Numec Security Co. wanting to use our facilities for training. After much
discussion, the membership voted No to letting them.
Larry stated that we need to have more NRA certified range instructors, contact him to get on the list.

RAFFLE
Lyle Walker won $17.00 and donated it to Youth Day.
Jim Wigle won a pen and Larry won a flashlight.

PAY BILLS
A motion to pay the bills was made by Frank Gray and seconded by Francis Gray. The motion passed by
voice vote.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion for adjournment was made by Geoff Spiering and seconded by ????. The motion was passed
by voice vote.
