PISTOL AND RIFLE RANGE REGULATIONS
01. ALWAYS BE AWARE: RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY SURROUNDS ALL CLUB PROPERTY, NEVER FIRE OVER HILLS.
02. Shooting hours will be limited to 10:00am until sunset, Monday thru Saturday. Sunday hours are12:00 noon until sunset.
03. Use of handguns on the rifle range shall be limited to bench rest shooting ONLY. Routine practice firing should be confined to the pistol range.
04. Junior members under 16 years MUST be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an active club member.
05. Use of armor piercing or similar type ammo is PROHIBITED.
06. Use of earplugs, muffs, and eye protection is REQUIRED.
07. There shall be NO firing with persons standing in any unsafe areas. Treat all firearms as if they were loaded.
08. Each person shall be responsible for insuring their own, as well as any guest’s safety. ONE GUEST PER MEMBER.
09. ONLY PAPER TARGETS, commercial or homemade, can be used inside the carrier frames. No other items may be used as targets.
10. Under NO circumstances may a temporary target be placed between the firing line and backstop.
11. Deliberate firing at the target carrier frames of targets placed on or outside the target area is PROHIBITED.
12. Firing at any animals on club property is FORBIDDEN.
13. All loaded firearms must be kept muzzle pointed down range toward targets at all times. Keep your action open or broken at all times except when shooting.
14. Absolutely NO FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE RANGES. You must have at least 5 seconds between rifle shots on the range with no limit on the number of shells in the rifle magazine.
15. Absolutely NO firing of center fire rifles on the pistol range.
16. DO NOT load or fire your weapon until you are standing or siting at the shooting station.
17. No 50 caliber BMG ammunition allowed.
18. All semi-automatic rifles (AK or AR type) must use brass catchers on the rifle range.
19. Exploding targets are not allowed on all ranges.
20. Only reduced loads, (no bottleneck cartridges) allowed on pistol ranges.
21. Shotguns only on the Trap and 5 Stand ranges.
22. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND DRUGS ARE PROHIBITED ON CLUB PROPRTY. ANYONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY INTOXICATING SUBSTANCE IS FORBIDDEN USE OF CLUB FACILITIES.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES IS GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION FROM CLUB MEMBERSHIP.

Any gun or ammunition deemed to cause excessive damage will be
banned from the range. Anyone not sure on ammunition or platform
