ANDERGRIFT SPORTSMEN’S ASSOC. December 15, 2009
The Monthly meeting of the Vandergrift Sportsmen’s Assoc. was held at 7pm with President Frank Gray presiding. Number of regular members present was 14 and 2 new members.
The October’s Minutes were reviewed. A motion to accept was made by Larry Gamble seconded by Roy Duff. Passed by voice vote.
October’s Treasurers Report was given to members. Larry Laurenti made a motion to accept and seconded by Jack Pfaff. Passed by voice vote.
A. Site in Days were a successful.
B. Thank You Note from Amanda Millward was received by Frank Gray and Sandra Crooks for involvement in the NRA Youth Program.
C. Web Site is up and running. New Web Site Address; www.vandergriftsportsmen.org
D. Gravel – waiting for good weather.
A. Buildings are in good condition.
B. Grounds are in good shape.
C. Range: Will be taken care of.
D. Archery: OK
E. Trap Range: Range will be closing November 25. Balance in account is $2264.90
F. 5-Stand: Balance in account–$1891.34
G. Ways ‘N Means: No Report.
H. Membership: Adding seven new members. Total to date—488
NEW CLUB HOUSE
A. Port-a-Johns will be winterized soon.
B. Commissioner for Southwest District will be asked to attend a meeting to discuss the deer situation.
